Confirmation of Terms

Confirm that you have read and understood the principal terms of this agreement.

KBW Books Commission I understand that KBW Books will retain ten percent (10%) of the total fees generated under this representation agreement. Agreement Term I understand that this agreement will continue for twenty four months (24 months) from the date of signing. Payments I understand that payments due to the WRITER will be made within the first five days of each calendar month.

PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT

KEVIN BRIAN WORTZ , hereinafter known as KBWBOOKS .

AND

[Writer's Name] , hereinafter known as the WRITER .

BASIS OF THIS AGREEMENT

The WRITER has produced a book called [Book Title] and wishes KBWBOOKS to represent the book on KBWBOOKS.COM with the aim of having readers pay to purchase and download the book.

SERVICES AGREED

The WRITER agrees to provide the following to KBWBOOKS:

1. Completed files of the book/s suitable for posting on the website and for potential buyers to access.

KBWBOOKS agrees to post the book/s on the KBWBOOKS website and charge a fee to the buyer agreed with the WRITER and to pay to the WRITER such fees less the commission of ten percent (10%) of the total fees.

TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT

The term of this agreement is TWENTY FOUR MONTHS (24 months) from the date of signing.

Should both parties agree on a further term of this agreement, notice must be given in writing more than one month in advance and agreed by both parties at least one month prior to the last month of this agreement term.

PAYMENTS

KBWBOOKS agrees to make any and all payments due to the WRITER within the first five days of each calendar month.

The receiving bank details will be provided to KBWBOOKS on the day of signing this agreement.
